Delivery person did not ring doorbell.. if they knocked on the door it was not loud enough to alert me the delivery had arrived....so they left my order sitting and getting cold on the front steps! Last order for me!

Wow, the place is absolutely horrible, the food is not good at all, it’s kind of gross, and I even tried those garlic fingers/half moon things, they weren’t even cooked, and they didn’t give any Donair sauce or something with it, I will never be back again.

I usually prefer this pizza pizza but the staff here is so arrogant and they don’t even greet the customers and don’t even serve the food pleasantly. And on top of that they argue if we have any issues. I don’t think I’ll visit this particular pizza pizza again just because of the staff. Hope the owner do something bout this.

And just wanted to know if the “giving review and getting the dip” is still active or not because a staff named ‘Lalitesh’ said is the offer is no more active and threatening to call the cops on us and the so called manager also dialled(fake dial) the cops and we also waited for the cop for a good 15 minutes but obviously no one arrived. It’s a humble request to the owner, do something bout the staff if you wanna save the store.

This was a terrible experience,
Manager even told us that our order left their kitchen cold as it was picked up late??
Delivery was 1hr 20 min!
Ordered 3 medium pizzas, I popcorn chicken and cheesy bread. $99.00
This was theeee most budget pizza I have ever had! Taste funny, we didn’t eat it!
No refund, they argued like crazy with my wife!
I’m sorry, after this experience.
I cannot recommend this business moving forward.

Pizza pizza as we know it is done. The people who are making the pizzas now don’t have a clue to what they are doing or they just don’t care.

Placed order online, when deliver it was cold and not edible. When I called they said I never ordered from them, lol. I spoke to some supervisor on the number you called whom argued with me, telling me it was through "THEIR" 3rd party company. Today they told me they found my order and saw on camera that it was picked up late( yet they still sent cold pizza out, before it even got here?) She( the me of this location) asked me 3x how she could fix the problem, I asked for a refund and she said she had to talk to the manager. She was the manager I spoke to!! 🤣 way to " NOT" represent your own franchise!! Do not order here unless you want to be treated as bad as their food is!! -1 review

The owner of this location is a straight up douchebag! His customer service is absolute trash!

Horrible pizza!!! Like cardboard can’t even take a piece without ripping the piece beside it and the pizza was cold…will never order from them again!!

I am very sorry that I did not read the reviews before making an order. The very first thing that meets you is a long wait. Then they bring you something completely different from what you wanted. They always make mistakes with sauces! Do not order from them ever.

whatever location delivered to me closest to townline and bloor,(they won’t disclose) the delivery man gave me half my order, left without giving a receipt and then showed back up with my sandwiches late and BITTEN!!!!! YES HE or SOMEONE ATE THEM!
Waiting I have actually had to request 5 times for a manager on the phone line to refund me as they state they will give me more food and a credit…NO WAY IN HELL thx!

I ordered from door dash and I tried to call because I was missing half my order. waiting 40 mins on the phone then the sent me to customer service which then took another 20 mins to answer, very bad service.

At Mumford road I order 1medium pepperoni and 1cheese pizza with chilli pepper for additional toppings and oil the crust around. The guy put Italian seasoning instead of chilli pepper and I told guy that was not my order they took it inside and brought it back to me without doing nothing. I told the guy can I talk to someone else because that was not what I ordered for. It took them 1hour to decide. Then made another smaller and thinner than the 2medium size I ordered for. No oil around the crust edges and no chilli pepper. I took it from the guy because I can see he didn’t care.
