I usually order from Pizza Pizza on nights when I’m too tired to make dinner, and it’s been really dependable for me. I’ve had bad experiences with other delivery orders in the past where I was stuck wondering if the food was even coming, but that hasn’t been the case here. The estimated time on the app is usually accurate, and a few times the order has shown up a little early. The drivers have been friendly, and the pizza is still hot when it gets to my door. that’s pretty much all I’m looking for from delivery

I actually liked using pizzapizza because the total shows up clearly before checkout. Like, okay, thank you, I don’t want to find out about taxes and delivery fees at the very last second. It made it way easier to compare deals without doing mental math and wondering if I was missing something. The only thing that bugged me a bit was the coupon terms. I kept thinking, wait, does this apply or not? Had to click around more than I wanted. But overall, the pricing felt fair and there weren’t any weird surprise charges, so I was happy with it.

I use the Pizza Pizza app once in a while, and for the most part it gets the job done. For some reason, the toppings screen can feel kind of slow sometimes, and I’ve had to go back a few times to fix things. Checkout usually works fine, but the layout could definitely be a little easier to use. It’s not a terrible app, just a bit frustrating when you’re hungry and trying to order quickly

"Hot Pizza, But Skimpy Toppings"
I ordered from pizzapizza last night, and while the pizza did show up hot, the toppings were disappointing. Some slices had like "three pieces of pepperoni" and barely any mushrooms at all. For the price, I expected a bit more. The taste was okay, but overall it felt kind of cheap. I probably wouldn’t order that same pizza again.

I had to wait about 10 minutes longer than expected, which was a bit annoying, you know? But the pizza was still hot when I got it, so I guess it worked out okay

The pizza was okay, sorta just average overall. The crust was a little dry, and the sauce tasted sorta bland to me. I still ate it and didn’t hate it or anything, but for the price, I was expecting it to be a bit better.

"Checkout Was a Pain"
I tried ordering online, but the checkout page kept freezing on me. It finally went through after the third try, which was frustrating. The pizza itself was fine, nothing amazing, but the payment process really put me off. I didn’t even bother contacting customer service because I don’t trust that they’d do much besides give me a generic response.

"Good when there’s a deal"
I still grab pizzapizza once in a while, mostly when there’s some kind of deal going on because then it feels worth it and it’s easy when you just want something quick and cheap and don’t feel like thinking too much about dinner. At regular price though, it can feel a bit overpriced for what you’re getting, since sometimes the pizza is actually good and hits the spot, and other times it’s kind of dry or not that hot by the time you get it. I keep ordering because it’s familiar and convenient, I just wish the quality was a little more consistent for the money.

I kept trying to place my order online, and it just wouldn’t go through. It was frustrating because I had already picked out what I wanted and didn’t feel like starting over or wasting more time. I expected the process to be quick and easy, but for me it ended up being a hassle

"Sides were okay, but not amazing"
Ordered from Pizza Pizza and decided to try the wedges and garlic bread this time. They were alright, like the taste was decent enough, but they showed up kind of lukewarm and the wedges were a bit soggy. I guess that can happen with delivery, though also if it’s delivery you’d think they’d pack it better or something. I’d still order pizza from them again for sure, but the sides probably need a little work.

"Pretty good quick pizza"
The crust was nice, crispy on the outside but still kind of soft inside, which I liked. It tasted fresh too. I mean, not perfect or anything, but for a quick pizza, yeah... good.

"Pretty solid delivery overall"
I was kind of in the middle of doing a few things when the pizza showed up, so it took me a minute to get to the door. The driver didn’t seem annoyed or rushed at all, which I appreciated. The pizza was still hot when I brought it inside, and everything was handled properly. He was polite, quick, and just made the whole delivery easy. Good experience overall
